Bella Rosa Venue begins with a story of our lovely daughter Kayleah Bell who was our social butterfly who loved to include everyone in the groups. Bella Rosa reflects the strong love that our family and her friends had for her. We built this venue in her honor nestled amidst gently rolling hills that stretch out in the distance and create a natural sense of privacy and tranquility. This venue is a peaceful site for a wedding, a memorial reunion, a special birthday, a corporate event, or a baby shower because it has breathtaking skyline views creating a serene and picturesque backdrop for a photos of ones special and unforgettable day. We specialize in groups of 75 – 125, but can accommodate intimate group settings or up to 200 guest.
The expansive green meadows provide a natural rolling flow with charming slate stone paths that weave through the landscape and lead guests around colorful flower beds and scenic lawns into the elegant indoor space.
The property offers stunning views with expansive lush meadows surrounding the property perfect for photos, an outdoor ceremony, or a romantic stroll. The building is placed strategically where flower beds bring a splash of seasonal color, with blooms that complement the natural landscape. The mature trees set off from the building provide shaded areas, adding to the serene ambiance and offering a lovely contrast to the open meadows. The front drive is lined with irrigated lawns, trees, and big rocks placed around the tear drop drive that leads to the covered front entrance furnished with gorgeous shrubs and flowers on each side of the porch that incases the tall arched double entry doors.
The main indoor space is a pristine white structure, fully climate-controlled to ensure comfort year-round, whether it’s a chilly winter day or a hot summer afternoon. It has a large 80 ft covered porch on the South side furnished with plants and bordered with flower beds around a green lawn where both are automatically irrigated to ensure natural beauty all summer long when it is dry and hot. On the North side of the building one finds the same irrigated lawns and flower beds lined with grey slate rock paths leading around the building to the East “two shall be one” grand staircase where flower beds are staged on 3 levels making a beautiful outdoor venue with a tall natural grape vine arch ending the scenic walk.
The interior structure is covered with light grey metal walls that are 18 feet high with white wainscots on the lower 4 feet accenting the spacious high A frame ceiling. The room has large thermal windows on the South, East, and North sides that allow natural light to flood in, maintaining a connection that makes one feel like he is in the great outdoors while keeping comfortable inside. The venue has a storage room for event planners to hang out in and store their boxes. This room has large sliding barn doors made of natural wood opening into the main space, a door on the opposite end opening to the parking lot, and another door leading to the hallway, bathrooms, sound room, and kitchen. Both the men and the women’s bathrooms also have natural wood barn doors and are handicap accessible. The large hand washing area of the women’s bathroom has a baby changing table and a broom closet with a mop sink.
The venue is equipped with a state-of-the-art surround sound system both indoors and outdoors, ensuring that music, speeches, and announcements are clear and immersive. A professional-grade kitchen with metal walls is available for catering, with all the necessary equipment as serving dishes, charcuterie boards, punch bowls, drink dispensers, a double commercial refrigerator, a small freezer, a commercial grade 3 compartment sink and stainless-steel prep table and butcher block counter tops to place, prepare, and arrange gourmet meals.
The 40 ft x 60 ft ballroom space is furnished with 12 60-inch round and 12 6-foot x 30 inch rectangle white tables that complement white or black chairs, ready to be arranged to your liking. The white and grey color scheme keeps the ambiance fresh and elegant, allowing for versatile décor options. It’s accented with 3 crystal chandeliers and 10 additional white lights hidden in the white ceiling tiles. In the middle of the room is a grand wooden and metal staircase leading up to the 2 suites and a private comfortable sitting area with a large couch and 2 soft big comfortable chairs and 2 hard back chairs.
Both the bride and the groom’s suites for getting ready are spacious and comfortable. Each has a full bathroom with showers, and towels and toiletries are provided. There are plenty of places to lay one’s personal items and hang wedding attire. The suites are well lit and spacious, and have comfortable seating, large mirrors, hair dressing station with high setting chairs for make-up artists. The suites are connected to a beautiful grand staircase leading down to the main ballroom. The rooms both have arched windows overlooking the ballroom and windows to the outside letting in natural light.
Bella Rosa Venue’s entire 25-acre property perfectly blends the beauty of nature with the convenience and comfort of a modern indoor space that seats up to 200, creating an ideal setting for a dream wedding, a special birthday celebration, a memorial reunion, or a cooperate business gathering.
