Quinceañeras are very precious celebrations, where family and friends come together as the parents present their young lady to society in celebration of her transition into womanhood.
Bella Rosa Venue’s owner speaks Spanish and is ready to be a part of this memorable life celebration. The possibilities are endless as one can create a very special and unique fiesta with an unforgettable story of their daughter and launch her into life with a beautiful fiesta and celebrate the high standards they have instilled in her. One could plan an outdoor event on the lawn surrounded by breathtaking gardens with skyline views at Bella Rosa, or she might prefer her fiesta to be inside if it’s hot or freezing cold during her birthday month. Our building is climate-controlled for optimal comfort during the ever-changing Oklahoma weather.
I still remember my own quinceañera and how family and friends came together and worked joyfully to make it all possible. I had God fathers or “padrinos” who helped pay for the food and provide the Venue. The music was a Christian band called Armagedon who played amazing contemporary music. My parents organized fun games for all to enjoy. I remember the special car I rode off in, the decorations, the photo sessions, and all the surprise gifts from friends. The fathers who spoke at the religious ceremony gave me advice and encouragement and presented me with special and meaningful gifts: The Bible: A lamp to my feet, A pillow: as a reminder of the importance of kneeling down to spend time in prayer, A watch: To keep in mind the importance of time, A special ring: The Symbol of royalty, A bouquet of flowers, A reminder to always follow truth and beauty. The Sermon, the advice, and every moment were very special. I will be forever grateful for each one of my friends and family who came to honor me, and especially those who supported and provided for my quinceañera fiesta.
Bella Rosa Venue overlooks a peaceful pond on the East side and has a big and spacious covered patio on the South side of the building. Additionally, the venue features two private suites with elegant seating for the girls to enjoy each other while doing their make-up and hair. Each suite has a full bathroom with a shower for one’s convenience. Bella Rosa features many beautiful backgrounds for great photography sessions. It has a full kitchen, plenty of parking, tables, and chairs for 125. Our venue makes it possible for one’s quinceañera fiesta to be celebrated all in one place so that one can avoid the hassle of transporting people from one place to another.
Here is a plan to help one get started on a quinceañera fiesta:
First of all discuss with your daughter the theme and colors you will use, and decide what the budget will be and set the date.
2. Share the plan with those who will help sponsor the quinceañera event and make a list of the people with email and home addresses who will be invited.
3. Visit venues and reserve the place for her special day.
4. Schedule a photographer and a videographer for the day of your fiesta.
5. Select the court and escorts by making a list of her friends, both boys and girls, who will participate as 7 damas and 7 chamberlanes.

7. Request and schedule your pastor or preferred person to do the ceremony.
8. Make or order invitations and send them out 6 weeks before the fiesta. 9. Decide on the food served and Schedule the individual or company to take care of catering the fiesta.
10. Decide on a DJ or choose a family member to be the master of ceremonies and make a play list of your favorite songs on your phone to Bluetooth over speakers. Bella Rosa Venue has top-quality audio with surround sound speakers both inside and all around the outside the building!
11. Plan the decorations and table centerpieces and order the supplies and flowers.
12. Make a slide show presentation on Canva and enjoy sharing her first 15 years. Bella Rosa has a big screen where one can share a slide show for all the guest to see pictures of her growing up years.
13. Plan the ceremony with your pastor and mentors remembering this is a transition into womanhood. Plan for symbolic gifts to be presented as the Bible: A light to her paths, A pillow: The importance of prayer, A watch: The importance of time, A special ring: To remind her whose daughter she is, A bouquet of flowers: A symbol of her commitment to truth.
